I understand buying a gift for someone else can be tricky, I am more than happy to resize rings or to discuss exchanges regardless of the Christmas break, just send me an email and I will gladly work with you to find the best solution after Christmas.

Full refund returns should be unworn and returned within 14 days to:

Note earrings are excluded from the returns policy due to hygiene reasons. You can return the item(s) to me via your preferred courier. Any delays or losses in transit will be at your own risk. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.
